If you do not wish to have your personal information used in any specific way or you wish to have your personal information removed from our system please email ASCA with your request.

* applying to register is an acceptance of these terms
* where an agency is funding you, your completed registration must accompany payment
* payment must be made in Australian dollars
* split/shared registration is not possible
* late registration: if a place is available; no guarantee of catering for registrations on or after the close - additional $50 late fee
* this workshop is professional development training for health care professionals and is not suitable for survivors

* no refund if cancelled within 24 hours
